India’s largest private bank: ICICI Bank has now introduced a unique feature for all their saving and current account users. ICICI bank customers can now withdraw cash from any of their 15000 ATMs, without using their debit cards!

Step By Step Process For Cardless Cash Withdrawal

Here is the step by step process:

Step 1: Open ICICI Bank’s mobile app: iMobile

Step 2: Select ‘Services’ option, and then tap on ‘Cash Withdrawal at ICICI Bank ATM’

Step 3: Enter the amount you wish to withdraw, and then select account number

Step 4: Create a 4-digit temporary PIN for this cash withdrawal and Submit

Step 5: You will receive an OTP for this transaction

Step 6: Now visit any ICICI Bank ATM

Step 7: Select ‘Cardless Cash Withdrawal’

Step 8: Enter your mobile number, then the OTP you have received, and finally the temporary PIN for this transaction

Step 9: For final confirmation, enter the amount you wish to withdraw

Step 10: Take out your cash, which you withdrew without using your debit card

Cardless Cash Withdrawal: Some Important Information

The withdrawal request, and the OTP, along with the temporary PIN are valid till midnight, upto next day. Hence, in case you created temporary PIN and OTP at morning 8 on January 26th, then it will be valid till 11.59 PM of January 27th.

Bank customers can withdraw upto Rs 20,000 via this cardless cash withdrawal in a single day, and the limit for maximum cash withdrawal is also Rs 20,000 at a time.

This facility of cardless cash withdrawal is applicable only at 15,000 ICICI Bank ATMs, across the nation.

Why Cardless Cash Withdrawal Is Secured?

Since there is no contact between the ATM card and the ATM machine, there can be no phishing or copying of the ATM card details. 

This way, ICICI Bank users will never have their ATM cards compromised and ensure maximum safety and protection.
