The Xiaomi sub-brand debuted last year with Poco F1, and hasn’t launched any other device as of now.

Now the reports of it being a rebranded Redmi K20 Pro are floating.

While the company is yet to confirm anything officially, there’s a lot cooking in here. Poco F2 leaks are doing the rounds, and here’s a detailed report on the leaked specs, features, launch, pricing and other information.

Poco F2 Leaked Specs: Remodelled K20 Pro?

Poco F2 will come with a notch-less AMOLED display with a similar design as Redmi K20 Pro featuring a glass body with a pop-up sensor on top. It’s a Full HD+ Super AMOLED display protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 5 on both sides without any notch.

Poco F2 will offer a panoramic full view all-screen viewing experience. The smartphone will have an in-display fingerprint scanner.

Poco F2 will feature a triple-camera setup, similar to the Redmi K20 Pro. The leaked details show two sensors stacked vertically, while the third sensor above the two lenses.

Poco F2 is said to come with the same chip as K20 Pro: Snapdragon 855, though it’s yet to be confirmed. Poco F2 will come with a sizeable 4,000mAh sized battery with support for 27W fast charging only.

Coming to the leaked specs and it’s similarity to Redmi K20 Pro, chances are that it may come as a remodelled K20 Pro for some markets.

But, this would then me the second remodelling for Redmi K20 Pro. It has already been remodelled as Mi 9T Pro for some of the European markets, and now Poco F2 Spigen leak hint at a new remodelled K20 Pro for some North American markets.

Poco F2 India Launch: Will It Even Come To India?

If Poco F2 is a remodelled Redmi K20 Pro, it won’t launch in India at all. The current K20 Pro already serves as Xiaomi’s armour in the entry flagship segment, and it’s doing very well just as Poco F1. If Poco F2 doesn’t have anything better to offer, it won’t make any sense to launch it in India.

Technically, Xiaomi India itself won’t be bringing it to the country. So, Poco F2 India launch will probably not happen at all.

On the other hand, Poco F2 is yet to be confirmed by Xiaomi. The recent leaks hint at the existence, thus the launch is expected to be imminent.

Poco F2 India launch may not happen after all, but it might launch in some of the other global markets. Coming to Poco F2 price, it’s going to be very reasonable. It will follow the same legacy as Poco F1, and the successor could be priced somewhere around 20,000 to 25,000 INR globally.
