The 2019 Moto Razr will sport the same design as Moto Razr flip phone, but in a unique manner.

The generation flip phones have departed years back, but this 2019 edition Moto Razr will be bringing back some nostalgia backed with flagship level features and the biggest surprise, a folding display to offer a full view experience.

Moto Razr 2019 To Come With Folding Display Styled Like The Original Razr Flip Phone

Motorola will use a folding display for the 2019 Moto Razr smartphone to offer a full view experience in the form of a flip phone. The company isn’t pushing very hard in terms of hardware and is mostly focusing on delivering a superior ergonomic smartphone.

2019 Moto Razr will run on the decent Snapdragon 710 chipset with 4GB of RAM. The Qualcomm midrange chip is capable of handling day to day tasks with ease with proper gaming experience.

Once Moto Razr was used to be the most desirable flip phone in India and abroad, but things have changed since then. In a world of full screen smartphones, the 2019 Moto Razr is going to be a unique touch screen smartphone offering a flip phone form factor.

The latest Moto Razr is making a comeback after a decade with the next-gen folding display technology.

Most importantly, Motorola is trying to bring back the original Razr with the latest technology. The 2019 Moto Razr will feature the familiar flip design with the signature Razr form factor with the much-hyped folding display inside.

Moto Razr Specs: What’s In The Inside?

The all new 2019 Moto Razr will come with the same flip design form factor as the original Moto Razr but without any keypad. The Lenovo-owned entity has added a small TFT display instead to offer a full view screen experience inside a folding display.

The 2019 Moto Razr will come with an expansive 6.2-inch foldable display offering a screen resolution of 876 × 2142 pixel. The display can be folded from the middle to be used as a flip phone.

The display has a notch on the top and a very thick and bulbous chin at the bottom.

Coming to form factor and design language, the body on the out is going to be pretty slim. The company will have the same built as the original Razr with a slight chin. The notch will have the front camera, while the chin have the battery and mouthpiece.

Now coming to outside, when you close the new Razr phone, there’s a display on out on the top side as well.

The second Moto Razr display will feature a display resolution of 600 x 800 pixels for notifications and updates. You can also use it to click selfies as well. At the back, the 2019 Moto Razr will come with a single camera sensor, probably a 48MP Sony sensor.

2019 Moto Razr India Launch: Will The New Moto Razr Launch In India?

The original Moto Razr was quite popular in the country back then, and Motorola may choose to bring it to India. The company generally doesn’t bring its flagships to the country, but the 2019 Moto Razr may eventually come to India given it’s wide popularity in the country.

Moto Razr 2019 edition is launching on November 13. Even if it comes to the country, the 2019 Moto Razr India launch may take some time.

If it’s coming, then 2019 Moto Razr India launch will happen probably in late 2019, or in 2020.

The 2019 Razr phone will have the same original Razr phone flip design and similar approach to a foldable display as Galaxy Fold, but it’s going to be cheaper. While Fold is large, the 2019 Moto Razr can be easily carried and handled, thus can work in India in the entry-premium category.
