Realme CEO dropped a clue on April 1 that the upcoming Realme 3 Pro will support Fortnite out of the box. The SD 700 series officially supports the game, and now it’s been confirmed for Realme 3 Pro.

The smartphone will come with Snapdragon 710 chip.

The smartphone will also come with the same camera sensor as OnePlus 6T. Realme 3 Pro will feature Sony IMX 519 camera sensor at the back, the same imaging sensor used in OnePlus 6T.

Snapdragon 710 & OnePlus 6T Camera Sensor (Sony IMX 519 Sensor)

The company earlier claimed that it’s upcoming Realme 2 Pro successor will challenge the Redmi Note 7 Pro smartphone. Realme 3 Pro has been confirmed with Qualcomm Snapdragon 710 processor and a rear camera sensor from OnePlus 6T. It’s the same mid-end processor used in handsets like Nokia 8.1 and Oppo R17 Pro, based on an 10nm architecture.

The chip uses Kyro 360 cores in an 2+6 configuration. It will help to extend the battery performance with over-all performance enhancements.

Realme 3 Pro will feature Sony IMX 519 camera sensor, the same sensor as the OnePlus 6T.

Redmi Note 7 Pro runs on Snapdragon 675 SoC with the Sony IMX 586 sensor at the back. It’s the same sensor used in Huawei View20 smartphone, priced similarly as OnePlus 6T.

Both the chips, Snapdragon 675 and Snapdragon 710 support almost similar performance. On the other hand, the camera sensors similarly will offer premium experience in terms of photography. The rest depends on post processing and AI capabilities.

The smartphone is being rumoured to feature a ‘High Quality Plastic’ body. Again, Redmi Note 7 Pro comes with a glass sandwich body, that too with Corning Gorilla 5 protection on both sides.

Realme 3 Pro Will Come With Upgraded Fast Charging Capabilities

Realme is said to be bringing some sort of upgraded fast charging feature to Realme 3 Pro. It’s been tipped to be inspired by the recently announced Oppo VOOC 3.0 fast charging technology. Realme till now has offered smartphones with Micro USB ports only.

Realme 3 Pro may change that with a Type C port, and a fast charging adapter in the box.

If Realme 3 Pro comes with VOOC 3.0 technology, it will be able to charge up the device beyond 75 per cent in just 25 minutes. Though, it may come with some sort of fast charging, and not VOOC 3.0 tech exactly.

Relame is said to be bringing in three variants of the next Pro successor: 4GB RAM with 32GB storage, 4GB RAM with 64GB storage and 4GB RAM with 64GB storage. Though, the storage variants may be in line with the same Realme 2 Pro variants currently available.

Realme 3 Pro Will Launch In The Third Week Of April

Realme 3 Pro will go official in the third week of this month. The smartphone has already been tipped to be launching in the third week of April for half a dozen of times now. Now with more features out, we have a clearer idea of the upcoming Realme smartphone.

It has been dubbed to be better than Redmi Note 7 Pro, so the final product has be really good.

Coming to the price, Realme 3 Pro will be in line with the Note 7 Pro pricing. Given its past pricing structure, the base variant of Realme 3 Pro may start at around 13,000 rupees or same as the Redmi Note 7 Pro base model.
