iPhone 2018 Models Leaked; Pixel Will Challenge OnePlus With Mid-Tier Model!

Apple has finally sent out the media invites for the launch of the latest iPhones. So, it’s confirmed that Apple will launch the upcoming 2018 iPhone models at the event on September 12 at the Steve Jobs theatre.

Though, after a streak of leaks and rumors, finally, a solid iPhone leak is out.

Not only 2018 iPhone models but the other flagship smartphone, the Google Pixel mid-ranger price has been leaked as well. The mid-tier version of Google Pixel is speculated to be pitted against the bestseller OnePlus 6.

2018 iPhone Model Leak: All Details

Apple will launch three new iPhone models at the upcoming event along with Apple Watch Series 2, AirPods 2, the budget MacBook and some other Apple products. The biggest leak about the 2018 models which came out today is, that two of the three 2018 iPhones will come with OLED displays.

Both these 2018 iPhone models will have 5.8 inch and 6.5 inch OLED displays respectively, which is expected to be the higher end iPhone versions of 2018.

There’s a third 2018 iPhone which will come with entry-level internals. The budget 2018 iPhone is rumoured to come with a 6.1 inch LCD screen and standard specs. The upcoming iPhones will feature a glass sandwich design with with stainless steel frames on the sides as we earlier saw on the iPhone X.

2018 iPhone Names Leaked As Well

Not only screen sizes and specs, the name of the upcoming 2018 iPhone models were leaked as well. Both the high-end 2018 iPhones with OLED displays will be called iPhone XS. The Apple iPhone XS models will again have a notch and edge-to-edge displays like the original iPhone X.

The same 3D supported Face ID unlock feature will come as a standard feature on all the three new iPhone 2018 models: budget iPhone and the two iPhone XS.

2018 iPhone Colour Options | 2018 iPhone Variants

The iPhone XS models with OLED displays will be made available in an all-new gold color option apart from its standard black and silver option. Both the models will come with two colour options of a new Gold and the existing Silver and Black variant.

Both the upcoming 2018 iPhone XS models will come with a gold stainless steel frame on the sides with a gold glass back.

The last iPhone X will also launch in a gold color option. It was previously leaked that an unreleased version of the iPhone X is supposed to launch soon according to the document by Federal Communications Commission (FCC).

Google Pixel Mid-Range Device: Price Leaked

Google Pixel phones come at a flagship price catering to a high-end audience. But this time, the internet giant will be bringing the Nexus days back. Apart from Pixel 3 XL and Pixel 3, Google will launch a mid range Pixel device which is rumored to be challenging the likes of OnePlus 6.

As per an ET report, Google will launch a mid-tier Pixel-branded smartphone which is supposed to cost between Rs 40,000 and Rs 50,000. The smartphone will be pitted against entry-level flagships like OnePlus 6 and Asus Zenfone 5Z.

The details of the upcoming Pixel smartphone is not yet, but is expected to feature top-end internals, a good processor and wil run pure Android out of the box.
