Jio Will Hire 80,000 Youth From Colleges; Now Get Free 112 GB For Watching IPL!

Reliance Jio is all set to make further inroads into the telecom and Internet market in India, as they have revealed plans to hire 80,000 Indian youths, this fiscal year.

Jio Will Hire 80,000 In India!

During an event, Jio’s Chief Human Resources Officer Sanjay Jog has revealed that up to 80,000 youths from all over the country would be hired by them, in this fiscal year.

There are right now 1.57 lakh employees on payroll for Jio right now, and around 2.5 lakh overall in Reliance Industries.

As per Jog, Reliance is teaming up with leading colleges and institutes to make this mass recruitment activity, which will mainly be focussed on sales, engineering and infrastructure departments. Partnerships with 6000 colleges across India has been revealed.

However, 60-70% of all recruitment activities are conducted via referrals.

When asked about the attrition rate, Jog said that 32% is the average, which mainly affects sales and technical areas related to constructions sites. He said on attrition:

“If it is taken at the headquarter level, it is just 2 percent. Average if you go it will come down to 18 percent,”

This is how anyone can get this free data:

• Step 1: Jio user should ask their friend to call 1800-890-8900
• Step 2: The friend should tell their 10-digit Jio number
• Step 3: They need to enter their PIN Code
• Step 4: Your should should get a Jio Phone from any retail outlet or online
• Step 5: While activating their Jio Phone, they must call 1800-890-8900, and inform about the alternate number they called from.

Once their Jio Phone is activated, both the referrer and referee will Jio Cricket Pack for 4 days.

Hence, in order to get full 112 GB with validity of 56 days of cricket matches, you must get 10 of your friends to buy Jio Phone.
