Many Chinese companies offer sub-standard hardware which looks good on paper, but can’t deliver in real-life. This leads to disgruntled customers and once is customer is dissatisfied he will tell 10 more people about your poor product or service.

Coolpad managed to satisfy its customers so well that Coolpad Note 3 emerged as the best-selling smartphone on Amazon India. The company also revealed that Note 3 was ranked No. 1 in customer satisfaction parameter, according to feedback and product reviews on Amazon.in.

It was ‘Coolpad Note 3’ that marked a new era in the history of Coolpad starting October 2015. Since then the company has scaled new heights and has never looked back.
