Tata Play Fiber is offering users its Rs 1150 plan for free for a month.

Plan Benefits

Users can enjoy high-speed internet connection with 200 Mbps download and upload speed.

The data limit for the plan is 1000GB.

The offer is part of the company’s ‘Try and Buy’ scheme in which users can test the quality of the company’s services before buying it.

Security Deposit

The plan is for free but users will have to pay a one-time refundable security deposit of Rs 1500.

In order to get a complete refund, the customer will have to cancel the connection within or by the 30th day.

The company is also offering a free landline connection during the trial period.

Security Deposit Refund

If the customer cancels the connection after using it for 30 days, they will be charged Rs 500, thereby receiving only Rs 1,000 out of the security deposit

The refund is subject to the customer premise equipment (CPE) recovery.

In case the customer chooses to purchase plans after the trial period instead of canceling the subscription, they can avail great offers.

Offers After Trial Completion

If the customer opts for the 100 Mbps plan for a minimum three months, they will get a complete refund of Rs 1500.

The refund reduces to Rs 500 with the rest remaining with the company if they go with the 50 Mbps plan for three months.

For monthly plans, the user will be refunded Rs 1000 after three months of active service.
