Use Whatsapp Without Internet! New Feature Links Multiple Devices Without Internet
WhatsApp has been testing a feature that allows users to link their accounts to secondary devices and send and receive messages without having to use their primary smartphone for several months.
How To Use WhatsApp Without Internet?
The updated version of WhatsApp will be available on both Android and iOS.
So for having a chat on your linked web browser, you have to connect the main device to the internet. Also you must opt into the function – which is currently in “Beta” – when enabling it on your smartphone.
You’ll be unlinked from all devices before re-linking to a new one once you’ve enabled it. All your messages and call will be encrypted end-to-end. Now, you will continue to receive your important messages and call in the linked devices for 14 days after the main smartphone goes offline.
What About The IOS Users?
For all the IOS users, you can’t erase messages or discussion threads from a linked device on iOS due to a constraint.
Also, you can’t connect a tablet or a second smartphone.
So if you are not able to access the feature do update your WhatsApp and tap the three-dot menu. You will have to enable the feature by tapping “Linked devices.”
