Finance company ‘FinanceBuzz’ will provide all the horror movie lovers, the opportunity to watch 13 horror movies, by hiring someone as a ‘Horror Movie Heart Rate Analyst’.

To honour the upcoming spooky season, the company has invited scary movie enthusiasts to join their team as a Horror Movie Heart Rate Analyst, as per which such candidates will have to watch thirteen of the scariest movies ever made, in October.

This will be conducted to find out whether high-budget horror movies deliver more impact than the low-budget ones.

The selected candidates will be paid $1,300 and a gift card worth $50 to cover the rental costs. FinanceBuzz will also send them a Fitbit to monitor their heart rate while watching the 13 movies.

In an effort to check if a movie’s budget affects its effectiveness and scare-levels, finance company FinanceBuzz has invited candidates for role of a Horror Movie Heart Rate Analyst, wherein they would be asked to watch a list of 13 scariest movies of all time in a span of 10 days, in October.

For this, these candidates would be sent a FitBit so that the company could monitor their heart rate while watching the movies.

The company stated In a news release, “In honor of the upcoming spooky season, we at FinanceBuzz are dying to know whether or not high-budget horror movies deliver stronger scares than low-budget ones.

You’ll help us discover whether or not a movie’s budget impacts just how dread-inducing it can be by wearing a Fitbit to monitor your heart rate while you work your way through the list of 13 movies.”

Please note that the applicants must be based in the United States and at least 18 years of age.

Applicants can apply by filling this form until September 26, 2021 at midnight EST. The company adds that the candidate will be selected by October 1, 2021 and contacted via email.

“We will send out the Fitbit by October 4th, 2021. Then the candidate will have from October 9th, 2021 until October 18th, 2021 to watch the movies and complete the assignment.”, adds the company in its release.
