Joining the league of handing out salary hikes is another IT industry, Mindtree. The company has assured a salary hike to about 22000 employees.
Infosys, too, has announced that the junior employees at the company will be rewarded with a special payment incentive.

22000 Employees At Mindtree To Get Salary Hikes From January 1, 2021
IT company Mindtree has now announced that salary hike will be rolled out for employees which will be effective from January. The total number of employees at Mindtree was 24,827 at the end of the September quarter.
As per the Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of Mindtree, Debashis Chatterjee, the company has completed the promotion cycle in the second quarter. He has also assured that the salary increments will be undertaken which will be effective from January 1, 2021.
In a virtual briefing, he said, “The world is slowly emerging from the challenges caused by the pandemic…we achieved our commitment of delivering profitable growth, quarter-over-quarter, and also successfully navigating through the challenging business environment.”
As per Chatterjee, the increase in salaries will align with the industry standards and the company will also continue with the hiring process based on its requirements.
Freshers, Junior Employees At Infosys To Get Special Payment Incentive
Infosys has announced that junior employees will be getting a special pay incentive in the third quarter.
In a virtual meeting, the CEO and MD of Infosys, Salil Parekh has confirmed the news.
He said, “Recognising the continuing stellar commitment from our employees during these times, we are paying out variable pay for the quarter at 100 percent. We will pay a one-time special incentive in Q3 for our junior employees.”
Infosys will also be onboarding 15,000 freshers from campuses next year. Also, we all know that the company has recently announced salary hikes and promotions for employees of all levels. They will also be given a 100 percent variable pay, and a special incentive for the second quarter.
