Qualcomm, Infosys Received Maximum H1B Visas In 2020; These Job Profiles In High Demand (Top 10 List)
The US Office of Foreign Labor Certification has published data that reveals that Qualcomm, Infosys, and Cognizant companies that have managed to submit the highest number of visa applications.
The data has been calculated during the first three quarters of the fiscal year 2020.

As per reports, the department has received as much as 185,298 visa applications during the third quarter itself.
Rajiv S Khanna, managing partner at immigration.com said, “This data includes all applications, whether for amendment of an H-1B where the company moves the employee from one location to another for a project, a change in employer, as well as new H-1B filings.”
Apparently some parts of these also include new h1b Visa for the next financial year however the break up for this hasn’t been provided by the agency.
Also, the US immigration office has certified more than 35000 applications under the permanent employment program, or employer sponsored green card. Of these applications, half were of Indian nationals.

Additionally, the reports by the US Office of Foreign Labor Certification suggest that based on SOC (Standard Occupational Classification) groups, the top 5 occupations are Computer and Mathemetical, Architecture and Engineering, Business and Financial Operations, Management, Education, Training and Library.
