The China-based brand has launched the smart tracker in two versions standard version and an NFC version.
The smart band comes with many updated features and 8 colorful strap options such as Black, Blue, Pink, Orange, Purple, Yellow, and Green. The band is water-resistant up to 50 meters and will be e going on sale starting June 18th. However Xiaomi hasn’t yet revealed the global pricing and availability of the MI band 5. As per Xiaomi, the NFC variant of the MI band 5 will come with the battery life of 14 days on a single charge whereas the standard version will last for up to 20 days on a single charge. it will also come with a new magnetic charging dock.

There will also be a new remote control camera feature that will enable users to click a photo from their smartphone. The smart band will also have a built-in microphone which will enable voice commands. Also, the MI band 5 will enable users to carry their payments and transactions through the band.
