Recently, JEE Mains 2020 results were declared, and there were some major surprises all around.

In an interesting case of love and passion, twins from New Delhi were able to score 100 and 99.9 percentile respectively. But that’s not the news here.

The news is that, they plan to appear again for the exam, and the reason will shock you!

Delhi Twins Passion For JEE Mains

Nishant and Pranav Aggarwal, twins from New Delhi scored 100 percentile and 99.9 percentile in the JEE Mains exams recently.

But it seems that they are not satisfied enough.

In an interaction with Indian Times, they stated that they both wish to give JEE Mains again, because they love giving exams!

While they both supported and encouraged each other, they have developed a passion for giving exams, and this means they will again give the exams.

Pranav said, “My brother being among the highest scorers has motivated me. I am happy for him but will appear for the test again and try to improve my rank,”

Nishant too has confirmed that he will also appear again for the exams, since they both love giving tests.

JEE Mains 2020: 9 Candidates Score Perfect 100

As per the results declared by HRD Ministry’s National Testing Agency, total of 9 students scored a perfect 100 percentile in the JEE Mains 2020.

While two students each are from Andhra Pradesh, Telangana and Rajasthan, one each belongs to Harayana, Delhi and Gujarat.

Out of these 9 students who scored perfect 100, three students are from Kota based institutes, which also include Nishant. The other two are from Rajasthan. 

Total of 8.69 lakh students appeared for JEE Mains 2020, which includes 6.04 lakh male, and 2.64 lakh female students.

JEE Mains is for entering into engineering colleges across India, while JEE Advanced is for getting into IITs.
