Tata Sky Reduces Price Of Popular Hindi Packs By 29%; Introduces New Movies Packs To Tap Into Bollywood Niche

On Tuesday, countries popular DTH operator Tata Sky has revised the price of 4 of its very popular add on packs including Hindi Movies Mini, Hindi Movies Mini HD, Hindi Entertainment Mini, and Hindi Entertainment Mini HD. 

Apart from that, the company also launched two new packs namely Hindi Movies and Hindi Movies HD.

What Are The Charges For Hindi Movies Mini Pack?

As per the report, the prices of the following packs, Hindi Movies Mini, Hindi Movies Mini HD, and Hindi Entertainment Mini are now reduced by up to 29%. 

While Hindi Movies Mini pack includes 14 channels which are – Star Gold, Sony Max, Movies OK, Zee Cinema, UTV Movies, UTV Action, Zee Bollywood, & Pictures, Zee Action, Sony Max 2, Sony Wah, Star Utsav Movies, Zee Anmol Cinema and Zee Classic.

This pack is now priced at Rs 53.81 instead of the old price of Rs 65.61.

What Are The Charges For Hindi Movies HD pack?

If we talk about Hindi Movies HD pack, it‘s price is also reduced by Rs 28.32. So now this pack will charge Rs 69.15 instead of Rs 97.47. 

This pack offers 9 SD and 5 HD channels which are – Star Gold HD, Sony Max HD, Movies OK, Zee Cinema HD, UTV HD, UTV Action, Zee Bollywood, & Pictures HD, Zee Action, Sony Max 2, Sony Wah, Star Utsav Movies, Zee Anmol Cinema, and Zee Classic.

What Are The Charges For Hindi Entertainment Minipack?

Apart from these two, the company has also reduced the price of the Hindi Entertainment Minipack which was earlier costed Rs 73.40 will now priced at Rs 62.78. 

It includes 10 SD channels which are – Star Plus, Sony SAB, UTV Bindass, Zee TV, Jeet Prime, Star Utsav, Zee Anmol, Colors Rishtey, Sony Pal and Zee Magic. 

Moreover, the promotional offer on Hindi Movies Mini and Hindi Entertainment Mini packs are still going on and customers can enjoy these packs at Rs 62.07 and Rs 48.62 respectively during this offer period.

Which Pack Prices Hiked?

The Hindi Entertainment Mini HD pack prices got increased as earlier it used to cost 73.40 will now be charged at Rs 95.82.

This pack consists of 7 SD and 3 HD channels which are – Star Plus HD, Sony SAB HD, UTV Bindass, Zee TV HD, Jeet Prime, Star Utsav, Zee Anmol, Colors Rishtey, Sony Pal and Zee Magic.

What About New Packs?

If we talk about the new launches, Tata Sky has launched 2 new add on packs for Hindi movies. 

The Hindi Movies pack is charged at Rs 73.87 and it consists of all SD Hindi movie channels which are – Zee Cinema, Sony Max, Star Gold, Star Gold Select, & Pictures, Colors Cineplex, Zee Bollywood, UTV Movies, UTV Action, Zee Action, Movies OK, Star Utsav Movies, Sony Max 2, Sony Wah, Zee Classic and Zee Anmol Cinema.

While Hindi Movies HD pack is having 9 SD and 7 HD channels and priced at Rs 115.17. (Reference)
