Vivo has been planning to launch its S series smartphones in India, and the company has confirmed the news with a first-ever teaser image.
Yes, you read that right! The popular smartphone company has released a teaser image that confirms the launch, the name of the phone – Vivo S1 and some other details of the phone as well.
The design of the phone has also been revealed through the teaser image, and it shows some quite interesting details about the camera of the S1 phone.

Vivo S1 Teaser Image Released
The teaser image confirms the name of the phone that will be launched in India to be Vivo S1, and also hints that the launch of the phone is not too far away.
This image agrees with the teaser that was posted by Vivo Indonesia, which shows the back panel of the phone and reveals the details of the camera as well. Although, the actual date of the launch of the phone in India has not been revealed.
In China, the Vivo S1 is nothing but the rebranded version of the Vivo V15. However, as Vivo V15 is available in India, this leads us to think that the phone will be different in specifications when launched for the smartphone market in India.
The camera in the teaser image shows that the Vivo S1 will have a triple camera setup at the rear. But as per the reports obtained, the camera setup will differ in India.

There is no news yet about the processor which will power the phone except that it will be a 12nm based octa-core processor, but we know that there will be two variants of the phone: the base 6 GB RAM + 128 GB ROM version, and the 8 GB RAM + 128 GB ROM high-end version.
Vivo S1 will probably come with an in-display fingerprint sensor and a waterdrop notch. The selfie camera is reportedly a 32 megapixel one and there will also be two color options in the phone.
Given the specifications of the phone, the price of the Vivo S1 can be estimated to be fall in the price range of Rs. 20,000 to Rs. 25,000, the former for the base variant and the latter for the higher variant.
