Realme X Launching In India As Realme 4 Pro With Snapdragon 730/730G Processor?
Budget-friendly smartphones with some quality features is what has put Realme on the map. Another budget flagship is on its way over to India after its launch in China – the Realme X.
Madhav Sheth, the CEO of Realme had confirmed this, and now, we have more news about the launch of the phone.
Realme X will be launched as Realme 4 Pro in India, and the phone will probably be here before September!

Realme X To Be Launched As Realme 4 Pro
A tweet has revealed that the Realme X will be launched under a new name, Realme 4 Pro in India, and will come with Qualcomm Snapdragon 730/730G processor. The tweet also declares that the phone will come to India before ‘next September’.

Realme CEO Madhav Sheth had previously declared that the Realme X will be launched at Rs. 18,000. It was easy to infer that the smartphone will target the Redmi Note 7 Pro, Redmi Note 7S, and Poco F1, which are the blockbusters in the under Rs. 20,000 segment.
Realme X Specifications and Features:
Realme has launched the Realme X in China, at Rs. 15,350 (converted from CNY 1,499) for the base model.
The phone’s best-selling feature is 6.53-inch Full HD+ edge-to-edge AMOLED display, with a resolution of 2340 x 1080 pixels. The aspect ratio of the phone is 19.5:9, and the screen is absolutely free of notches.
The Realme X flaunts a pop-up selfie camera of 16MP an f/2.0 aperture. The rear camera of the phone is the 48MP Sony IMX 586 sensor with f/1.7 aperture, 1.6-micron pixels and 6P lens. There is also a 5MP secondary depth camera.
The processor of the phone is Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 710 chipset and runs on Android 9.0 Pie. The operating system is Color OS 6 UI. Realme X comes with a 4,045 mAh battery supporting VOOC 3.0 fast charging technology.
The phone also features Adreno 616 GPU, Hyperboost 2.0 (for improved performance), and Gameboost 2.0 (for improved gaming mode by dropping the framerate).
There are three variants of the Realme X:
- 4 GB RAM + 64 GB ROM, priced at CNY 1,499 (around Rs 15,350)
- 6 GB RAM + 64 GB ROM, priced at CNY 1,599 (around Rs 16,350)
- 8 GB RAM + 128 GB ROM, priced at CNY 1,799 (around Rs 18,350).
