RedmiBook Specs Leaked, Will Be Called RedmiBook 14; Redmi Note 7S Variants, Availability Announced!

The much-hyped Redmi laptop has been leaked again, and this time the alleged specs are out. It will be called RedmiBook 14, and will launch alongside Redmi’s first flagship as an independent brand, Redmi K20.

Redmi K20 has also been confirmed to be launching in India.

Also, the availability and details of a variant of Redmi Note 7S has been confirmed.

Xiaomi India will be unveiling a new Redmi Note 7 series smartphone in the country on May 20, Redmi Note 7S. The upcoming smartphone from Redmi will also feature a 48MP main sensor as Redmi Note 7 Pro.

Redmi Laptop Specs: RedmiBook 14 Specs Leaked

It has been allegedly confirmed that the Redmi laptop is to be called RedmiBook 14 and is going to be the first laptop from Xiaomi’s Redmi brand in China. RedmiBook 14 is going to be affordable like other Redmi products and may also arrive in India.

RedmiBook 14 has been already spotted with multiple variants, which hint at the future availability of it in different markets.

RedmiBook 14 will come with a 14-inch screen running on different chips: Intel Core i3, Core i5 and Core i7.

The RedmiBook 14 base model will come with the basic features with onboard graphics. The leak further reveals that there will be expensive variants as well running on GeForce MX 250 GPU.

The upcoming Redmi laptop will feature 4GB to 8GB of RAM and 256GB or 128GB of onboard flash storage. This may vary between different variants.

The RedmiBook 14 laptop will run on the latest Windows 10 Home out of the box with a house full-size island-style backlit keyboard. There will be many features similar to Mi Notebook series, the Xiaomi range of laptops. Some reports also hint at the presence of a fingerprint sensor and SD card slot.

Serial tipster Ishan Agarwal also hinted at a variant offering 512GB storage, apart from 128GB and 256GB storage models. The Redmi laptop will have a metal build on the out, weighing around 1.3kg. There will be a single colour variant as of now, Silver.

Redmi Note 7S Camera Samples Out, Red Colour Variant Leaked

In a new teaser, the upcoming Redmi Note 7S has been leaked again. The device sports an all new Red colour design on the out flaunting Gorilla Glass 5 protection on top. The company also leakes a few camera Samples tipping off the Night Mode as well.

The camera samples have the Redmi Note 7S watermark below showing off the imaging capabilities in both well-lit and low light conditions.

Redmi Note 7S will have Corning Gorilla Glass 5 protection on both sides, confirms that it will have a similar design as other Redmi Note 7 smartphones.

Redmi Note 7S will come with a 48-megapixel primary sensor, still unknown whether the Samsung GM1 48MP sensor from the Chinese Redmi Note 7 or the Redmi Note 7 Pro 48MP main sensor, the Sony IMX 586 sensor.

The shared Redmi Note 7S camera samples show some great imaging performance. The colours are quite accurate, the depth of field is spot on and the low-light performance is something to look out for.

The image taken at night has been shot using with the dedicated night mode for low light photography.

The company has been repeatedly emphasizing on the 48MP main sensor since the first Redmi Note 7S tweet. The device will launch on May 20 in India. Redmi Note 7S will be available exclusively via Flipkart.
