The much-hyped Zenfone 6 has finally been listed now revealing some key details. The successor to the popular Zenfone 5Z, the upcoming Asus flagship will challenge the likes of the next OnePlus 7 smartphone.

Asus Zenfone 6 has now been confirmed to be running on Snapdragon 855.

Asus Zenfone 6 Confirmed With Snapdragon 855: Specs & Features

Asus Zenfone 6 has been certified by FCC confirming a SM8150 baseband processor i.e the current Qualcomm flagship 7nm chip, Snapdragon 855 SoC. The FCC certification has also revealed a rear dual camera system featuring a 48MP primary sensor.

Earlier the leak suggested a triple rear camera. The 48MP camera is expected to the Sony IMX 586 sensor with a physical fingerprint reader at the back.

FCC certification also reveals that the smartphone will come with fast charging support. It’s the same 18W fast charging technology from Asus Zenfone 5Z.

The smartphone will support dual SIMs with support for dual 4G VoLTE services.

Asus Zenfone 6 is all set to launch on May 16 at Spain. The previous AnTuTu leak showed a notch-less full screen display running on 6GB of RAM and 128GB storage powered by Snapdragon 855 with Android 9 Pie.
