OnePlus 7 Launching On May 14: How Many OnePlus 7 Variants Will Launch?
Till now, the speculations are that OnePlus will be bringing three devices this year. The rumoured models are OnePlus 7, OnePlus 7 Pro and OnePlus 7 Pro 5G. The company already announced a 5G prototype smartphone at this year’s MWC event.
While OnePlus 7 has already been a part of the rumour mill since last year, a recent leak shows that it will also have a Pro model: OnePlus 7 Pro.
Tipster Ishan Agarwal tweeted that OnePlus 7 will launch three separate versions. The regular OnePlus 7 will succeed the OnePlus 6T smartphone, while the Pro model will target higher-end flagship market.
The smartphone has already been leaked with live images showing a curved edge full-screen display without any notch.
As of now, the company is expected to launch OnePlus 7 and OnePlus 7 Pro globally on May 14.
The 5G model is expected later at a higher price. It will come with the same features as OnePlus 7 Pro with added 5G functionality.
OnePlus 7 India Launch: Will OnePlus 7 Pro Launch In India?
The OnePlus 7 India launch will happen soon after the global launch, maybe within a couple of days. Coming to the the Pro variant, the company is known to bring all its models to country including the premium variants.
Recently the company brought its special OnePlus 6T McLaren Edition to the country running on 10GB RAM and Warp Charge.
So, the company will definitely bring both the variants. If a Pro variant exists, the company will launch OnePlus 7 Pro in India at the same OnePlus 7 launch event. OnePlus is yet to officially confirm OnePlus 7 Pro or even the 5G variant of the same model.
OnePlus TV New Details Out: Here’s What You Need To Know
Recently OnePlus CEO Pete Lau revealed some key details about the upcoming OnePlus TV at a student interaction in Europe. OnePlus TV will come with a smart display and added features to enhance TV viewing experience.
The OnePlus TV will not come with a remote or any manually controlled input device. The company is said to be working on AI (artificial intelligence) based features.
It will learn the viewer’s habits and offer relevant information according to what you watch.
The OnePlus TV is expected to come with different features like Google Now for TVs and certain functions available on FireTV stick and other smart TVs. According to Lau, the OnePlus TV will have next-gen features and functions that will add up to overall viewing experience.
OnePlus also wants to make cars in the future, the CEO said. He also confirmed that the company is not planning to make any foldable phone as of yet.
