Xiaomi is all set to unveil it’s Redmi Note 7 Pro in the country today. But before it could hit the market, it’s current biggest rival, Realme is set with it’s own Realme 3 Pro. The company is also launching Realme 3 on March 4 to take on Redmi Note 7.
Airtel and Vodafone-Idea may soon join hands to take on Reliance Jio.
The Xiaomi Redmi Note 7 Pro and and Redmi Note 7 launch event starts at 12 noon today. It’s been a long wait since the smartphone was announced back in January in its home market in China under the newly separated Redmi brand.

Samsung Galaxy M30 Launches
Samsung unveiled its third Galaxy M iteration yesterday, Galaxy M30 in the country. The smartphone packs in the same processor as Galaxy M20 with higher RAM and better features. Just like the other two models, the smartphone has a water drop notch, AMOLED display and gradient finish body. The highlight is the triple rear camera setup starting at Rs 14,990.
Xiaomi Redmi Note 7 Pro & Redmi Note 7 Launch Today
So, finally Xiaomi will launch it’s much-awaited Redmi Note 7 smartphones in the country today. The company is expected to unveil both the smartphones in India today: Redmi Note 7 Pro and Redmi Note 7. Even the Redmi Go, Xiaomi’s first Android Go smartphone is expected at the event. Realme 3 Pro Teased
After Realme 3, the company has now started to tease it’s next 48MP smartphone with the Sony IMX 586 sensor. During the Realme 3 confirmation, CEO Madhav Sheth confirmed that the company will follow up with another launch with the 48MP camera. Realme 3 Pro is expected to  come with the 48-megapixel rear camera and upgraded features like Snapdragon 675 and Android Pie.
Xiaomi Black Shark 2 Hands-On Images Leaked
An alleged hands-on image of the upcoming Black Shark 2 has been leaked online with the back design of the handset. The leaked image has two cameras at the back on the upper left corner of the Xiaomi Black Shark 2. The smartphone could come with 12GB of RAM, Game Turbo and Qualcomm Snapdragon 855 chipset. Black Shark 2 may debut either in March or April.
OnePlus & Qualcomm To Start 5G Trials In India
OnePlus and US chipmaker Qualcomm has teamed up to start 5G trials in the country. OnePlus recently showcased its first 5G smartphone prototype at the MWC 2019. The upcoming OnePlus 5G smartphone will come with the latest Qualcomm, the Snapdragon 855. Both the companies will now start to test the next-gen 5G in India to checkout the infrastructure and other variables.
Vodafone-Idea & Airtel May Team For Fiber Joint Venture
While Reliance Jio is already been a serious threat to the existence of some of the big telecom companies, rivals are now planning to team up to stand against. Airtel may soon partner with Vodafone-Idea for a fiber broadband joint venture. This will help both the companies save costs by cutting down on duplication of their network, and can expand its network at the same time.
