Jio Holiday Hungama Prepaid Offer; Instant Discount Of Rs 100!
Just when it seemed that Jio had forgotten about their prepaid customers, Jio has launched the Jio Holiday Hungama offer in partnership with PhonePe.
After a long time, Jio has an offer for their prepaid subscribers. Initially, after concentrating on prepaid subscribers Jio has been busy with their postpaid subscribers, even introducing the Zero-Touch postpaid plans with international roaming and calling.
Jio has also been concentrating on the rollout of JioFiber, their FTTH service, which is expected to be launched commercially by the end of this year. In addition to these internet and telecom services, Jio is also working on India’s biggest interactive gamification platform Jio Screenz.
So, just when it seemed that Jio had forgotten about their prepaid customers, Jio has launched the Jio Holiday Hungama offer in partnership with PhonePe.
Jio Holiday Hungama Offer
The Jio Holiday Hungama Offer is a combination of cash backs from Jio and PhonePe. The first part involves Jio vouchers. Specifically, the Rs 50 vouchers which Jio had given out with their previous offers. The Jio prepaid users will have to recharge their numbers using the MyJio App.
To be eligible for the offer, the user must recharge with the Rs 399 plan. Once the user selects this plan, they must make the payment using their PhonePe Wallet. For this process to go through;
- The user should have the PhonePe app installed on their smartphone and they should be logged in to their account.
- The PhonePe wallet should have sufficient balance to pay for the recharge.
The Jio voucher is applied immediately applied and Rs 50 is deducted from the plan’s price. So, at this point, the user has already received a cashback of Rs 50. The second part of the cashback offers kicks in after making the payment.
After the payment is completed from the PhonePe wallet, the user will receive the next discount of Rs 50 as a cashback in their PhonePe wallet.
So, at the end of it all, the effective price of the Rs 399 plan is brought down to Rs 299.
The Jio Holiday Hungama offer is valid between 1st June 2018 and 15th June 2018.
Jio’s Rs 399 Plan
This is one of Jio’s more popular plans. This plan offers;
- 1.5 GB high-speed data per day for 84 days
- 100 free SMS per day
- Unlimited voice calls
- Free subscription to Jio’s premium apps
As per usual, after the daily quota of high-speed data is exhausted, users will still be able to use unlimited data at a reduced speed of 64kbps.
