TV Lineup
The two models- OnePlus TV Y1S and OnePlus TV Y1S Edge are part of the company’s existing affordable OnePlus TV Y Series.
This series is the third from the company, after the Q-series with premium smart TV models and U series that offers premium features at lower prices.
Appearance
Both Y1S and Y1S Edge will feature a bezel-less design, giving it a premium look.
A teaser poster shows a very small portion of the TV, so it will have a very slim bezel on its sides with a new matte finish for the line’s current minimal chin and several control options.
The TVs will be supported on V-shaped table stands.
Availability
Not much else has been revealed about the products, but OnePlus does share that Y1S Edge will be sold in offline retail stores of OnePlus.
The Y1S will be available across OnePlus’ online channels.
Customers can select the “Notify Me” option on the company’s website so they will be notified when the products are available to buy.
Pricing
The pricing hasn’t been revealed either but it has reiterated that the new TVs will be available at “affordable price points.”
At present, the OnePlus TV Y series base variant with a 32-inch display sells for Rs 16,499.
40-inch option retails for Rs 22,999 while a 43-inch model sells for Rs 25,999.
Other features one can expect are a HDR10+ display, dual-band Wi-Fi connectivity, 20W speakers featuring Dolby Audio support with Atmos decoding and Android TV 11 OS with a custom skin.
