The list of problems include: disconnection of Internet from second SIM, screen flickering while being charging, lower frame rates in games, high power consumption, delays in taking screenshots, heating and much more.
The MIUI 12.2.1.0 update comes with a bunch of issues and troubles. Xiaomi is working on a fix, and have currently paused the distribution of the firmware. The company also suggested users not to manually install the latest MIUI 12 update until the problems are fixed, or your Mi flagship could be heavily compromised.
Previously MIUI 12 bug was letting phones enter an endless reboot cycle. The update disables Xiaomi smartphones including Mi, Redmi and Poco series to restart again and again without any exit. Mi, Redmi, and Poco users are facing an issue that puts their phones into a bootloop, making them restart again and again.

Several users have reported unexpected errors installing the latest versions of MIUI 12. Multiple devices have fallen into the endless reboot cycle, without any option to go back.
You can only exit the reboot cycle by resetting to factory settings leading to loss of all data.
The newly launched Poco X3 is one of the phones with the endless reboot problem. So, the MIUI 12 update on any of the latest Xiaomi phones can end up as a software error. The smartphones facing similar problems are said to be facing a typical software conflict between the latest firmware and the Airtel operator applications in India.
