OnePlus Budget TVs All Details: OnePlus TV U1, OnePlus Y TV Series [Price, Specs, Availability]

OnePlus unveiled three three new TVs in India for the budget segments: OnePlus TV U1 and OnePlus TV Y series. The former is an OnePlus U 4K TV offering a 55-inch 4K screen. The latter comes in two sizes: entry-level 32-inch TV with an HD 720p display and a larger 43-inch with Full HD 1080p display.

The new OnePlus budget TV price starts at Rs 12,999 for the 32-inch TV HD model. 

OnePlus TVs will also be available exclusively via Amazon and OnePlus online store. The 32-inch OnePlus Y TV model will be available starting July 5. The company will later confirm the availability details for the other two TVs.

Pricing, Availability: OnePlus TV U Price, OnePlus Y TV Price

As other OnePlus products, the new OnePlus TVs will also be available exclusively via Amazon and OnePlus online store. Starting with the affordable variant, the OnePlus 32-inch TV price with HD screen, the OnePlus Y 32-inch is priced at Rs 12,999. 

The 43-inch OnePlus TV price with Full HD display, the OnePlus Y TV 43-inch is priced at Rs Rs 22,999.

Lastly, the OnePlus U 4K TV with a 55-inch screen has been priced at Rs 49,999. The 32-inch OnePlus Y TV model will be available via Amazon and OnePlus online store starting July 5. The company will confirm the availability details for the other two TVs in a few days.

The affordable OnePlus budget TVs come in two sizes: entry-level 32-inch TV with an HD 720p display and a larger 43-inch with Full HD 1080p display. The OnePlus Y TVs come with 93 percent screen-to-body ratio upfront featuring DCI-P3 Cinematic displays. 

OnePlus Y TVs also feature Gamma Engine from the OnePlus premium TVs for real-time image quality optimization.

OnePlus Y TVs feature a bezel-less design with an all-glass front.

The OnePlus Y TVs come with 2x10W speakers with Dolby Audio support for better sound quality. The OnePlus Y TVs, both 32-inch and 43-inch models are based on Android TV platform. The budget OnePlus TVs run on OnePlus’ own Oxygen Play with support for Google Assistant.

The premium OnePlus U1 features a thin-bezel design with a ultra-slim form factor. OnePlus U1 sports a 55-inch 4K panel on top with a 95 percent screen-to-body ratio and 6.9mm ultra-thin body. The display comes with a DCI-P3 93 percent colour gamut Cinematic display.

The TV comes with support for Dolby Vision and Dolby Atmos for enhanced audio experience. OnePlus has added their Gamma Engine technology which helps to deliver real-time image quality optimisation. The company claims it to deliver smoother, clearer, and more immersive viewing experience

Gamma Engine encompasses a suite to offer a superior visual experience. It uses motion estimation and motion compensation (MEMC) algorithms to elevate video frame rates.

MEMC helps to deliver smooth content across the 55-inch panel reducing motion blur, stuttering and ghosting. The new OnePlus TV U1 has Noise Reduction, Super Resolution, Dynamic Contrast, Dolby Vision, Dolby Atmos, four-unit 30W speaker, Android TV 9 UI with in-built Google Assistant.
