Samsung Galaxy M31 will come with the 64-megapixel camera. Already leaked multiple times, the Galaxy M31 has now been confirmed to feature Samsung’s own in-house 64MP sensor as it’s primary lens.
Successor to the Galaxy M30s, the Galaxy M31 will launch in India this month.
The Galaxy M31 teaser says “Mega Monster” hinting at being the next big thing in the budget section. Galaxy M31 will pack in a mammoth 6,000mAh battery as its predecessor, with the much-popular 64MP GW1 sensor.
Galaxy M31 Specs: 64MP Quad Camera, Android 10, 30W Fast Charging?
Samsung Galaxy M31 has earlier been spotted on Geekbench with the model number SM-M315F/DS. The smartphone will come with a polycarbonate body featuring an AMOLED panel upfront.
The Galaxy M series phone will feature single-band alongside 2.4GHz Wi-Fi connectivity.
The best part, Galaxy M31 will run on Android 10 out of the box with the company’s own UI on top.
The leaked model number of Galaxy M31 spotted on Geekbench and the certification site are the same. Further, the Wi-Fi certification now confirms that the smartphones will have Android 10 with dual-band Wi-Fi support.
Samsung Galaxy M31 is expected to be powered by the inhouy Exynos 9611 SoC along with 6GB of RAM and 128GB storage. There have been some rumours that the smartphone may also come with the Snapdragon 665 SoC, but chances are high that Galaxy M31 will come with the Exynos chip.
Galaxy M31 will come with a quad camera system featuring a 64-megapixel primary sensor inside the four camera system. It’s going to be the company’s own 64MP ISOCELL GW1 sensor.
Some reports suggest a triple rear camera setup which will include a secondary 12-megapixel wide-angle shooter and a 5-megapixel tertiary depth sensor.
As the previous Galaxy M30 and Galaxy M30s, the upcoming Samsung M31 will follow the same battery backup legacy. Galaxy M31 will house a massive 6,000mAh battery with support for fast charging. The fast charging technology is also expected to see an upgrade over the current 15W charging tech.
Samsung Galaxy M31 Launch, Galaxy M31 Price In India
The Samsung Galaxy M31 will succeed the M30 smartphones from last year: the Samsung Galaxy M30 and Samsung Galaxy M30s. The M30 was launched in February, while Galaxy M30s was unveiled in September.
Galaxy M31 launch is expected in February, a few days later.
With the first teaser out, Galaxy M31 launch seems imminent.
Samsung Galaxy M31 price will be in line with Galaxy M30s, expected to start at under Rs 15,000. According to some reports, the Galaxy M31 32GB model may come at under 10,000 rupees.
It would make Galaxy M31 the first smartphone to come with a 64MP sensor under Rs 10,000. Samsung Galaxy M31 M11 will be available exclusively via Amazon.
