Vivo has been making plans to launch the Vivo S series’ Vivo S1 phone in India, and the company also teased an image that confirmed the same recently.
Now, another leak has surfaced which reveals a few more important details about the phone, and these tips have assured us that the Vivo S1 will be up against Realme X.
This particular leak has revealed the pricing and the variants of the phone to us, which are similar to that of Realme X.

Vivo S1 Leaks: Pricing and Variants Revealed
Vivo has set the date of the launch of the Vivo S1 phone to 7 August 2019. Just days ahead of the launch, leaks of the phone have emerged. A website by the name indiashopps.com has revealed all the details of the phone, saying that it will make an entry in the Indian smartphone market with three variants.
Of which, the base model will cost Rs. 17,990. The base model of the Vivo S1 features a 4 GB RAM and internal storage of 128 GB, will come priced at Rs. 17,990.
The intermediate variant, which has a 6 GB RAM and a 128 GB internal storage will have a price tag of Rs 19,990 as per the leak. Whereas, the top variant will be with an 8 GB RAM and 128 GB internal storage and will cost Rs. 24,990.
Additionally, Vivo has recently launched the S1 model in Indonesia, where it is priced at IDR 35,99,000, which is approximately Rs. 17,800.
Vivo S1 Specifications and Features
The Vivo S1 will feature an octa-core 2.0 GHz MediaTek Helio P65 processor, and will be the first phone in the smartphone industry with this processor. The battery of the phone is of 4500 mAh, and supports fast charging of 18 W.
The phone will function on Funtouch OS 9, which is based on the Android 9.0 Pie system. The display of the phone has a super AMOLED FHD+ screen of 1080 Ă— 2340 resolution.
Coming to the camera features, Vivo S1 will be equipped with a triple camera setup on the back with 16MP, 8MP, and a 2MP depth sensor, and a selfie camera of 32MP.
Vivo S1 To Compete With Realme X
The Realme X, against whom the Vivo S1 will be pitted, also falls in the same price range. Also, Realme X comes with a superior chipset and faster charging than S1. Realme X also comes with a Type C port and a pop-up selfie camera. However, Realme X is no match for the Selfie camera on S1, and the bigger battery as well.
