Google Leaked Pixel 4 On Twitter: Here’s What Happened & All You Need To Know
Amid all the rumours and buzz, Google decided to go with its own way to leak its upcoming flagship to the world. While everyone is still wonders what happened, yes Google itself went ahead and revealed the fourth generation Pixel 4 for everybody.
The official images are out, and some of the crucial key details have been confirmed.
Unlike other flagship makers, Google this time decided to up the game way before launch. Google Pixel 4 will drop in October, and that’s a good solid four months to keep up the buzz market the device.
The company recently reported that the Pixel 3 sales have dropped, and hence they are keeping no stone unturned this time with Pixel 4.
Google Pixel 4 Design Revealed: What You Need To Know
From the leaked pictures, the Pixel 4 will come with a camera bump at the back in the shape of a square. It does look very similar to what Huawei previously did with Mate 20 Pro, or the leaked iPhone 11 snaps. Finally a Google phone will come with more than a single camera sensor.
The square bump will stuck in two camera sensors and a spectral sensor along with an LED flash.
On one side, there’s an accent coloured button, a USB-C port and no sig fingerprint sensor or headphone jack either. So, the contents will be using a in-display fingerprint sensor for Pixel 4, probably an optic one.
The design on the out looks refreshing. Probably now a Google device will look good finally. The company has long been trying to fix this. Samsung and Apple make beautiful phones, while Google till now kept focusing on the software and performance.
The company is yet to reveal the front. The earlier renders hinted at an punch-hole display design and Pixel 4 will have a lot higher screen to body ratio compared to Pixel 3 devices.
The new look does change the theory, and probably the Pixel 4 will break up the look barriers of a Google flagship being good on the out and in both.
The rear side of the existing Google Pixels had a shiny glass window above the metal back. And the new back of the Pixel 4 us going to be more minimalistic and very plain.
So, Why Google Chose To Leak Pixel 4 Early?
There already has been multiple theories gazing up why Google chose to share the pictures so early. One being the sheer similarity to the leaked renders of the upcoming iPhone 11. Google will launch Pixel 4 in October after the new generation iPhones, and hence it doesn’t want people to call Pixel 4 a copy of any new iPhone.
Secondly it could the gloomy sales of the latest Pixel 3 smartphones. The sales are going down, and the company may want to start marketing its latest device really early.
Google Pixel 4 will drop in October, and that’s a good solid four months to keep up the buzz and market the device in the right pockets.
Google has a long ladder to climb up to challenge the new iPhones, or even the new OnePlus 7 Pro or Samsung S10 and upcoming Note 10. Already they had a bad year, and hopefully things may turn out for the company this year with Pixel 4 and Pixel 4 XL ticking all the right boxes.
