OnePlus will be launching three different variants of the next OnePlus 7 smartphone, as per the latest leak. So we will have the standard OnePlus 7 variant, a Pro model: OnePlu 7 Pro and a finally a 5G model: OnePlus 7 Pro 5G.
The OnePlus 7 Pro will come with the best of features and the 5G model will only come with additional 5G support and same features as OnePlus 7 Pro.
In terms of hardware or software, all the models are expected to run on the same Snapdragon 855 SoC and the latest version of OxygenOS based on Pie.
The cameras and display size may differ though, as the Pro would probably have the better features to justify the name tag.
The OnePlus 7 Pro has already been leaked with a curved AMOLED full-screen display. It has no notch or bezels on the sides. The chin is very thin as well and the selfie camera may have been placed on top inside a pop-up selfie camera.

The OnePlus 7 Pro model may come with better features as higher storage capacity and cameras. There will be certain differences between the regular OnePlus 7 and OnePlus 7 Pro variant. The company will definitely be adding the best of features for the Pro.

Samsung this year launched four models under the Galaxy S10 series: S10, S10 Plus, S10E & S10 5G. While the regal and Plus variants are the standard releases, the company added a new entry-premium version of the flagship model. OnePlus is expected to take up the same route.
OnePlus will probably not go for a entry-premium variant. OnePlus 7 is going to be the standard model with almost the same features.
OnePlus 7 Pro and OnePlus 7 Pro 5G though will target higher price categories. The 5G model of the smartphone though may cost higher than OnePlus 7 regular variant, but may be affordable in the 5G smartphones lineup.

The company has been long trying to enter the premium category. All its earlier smartphones fell in the entry-premium category. A new Pro model suggests its future intentions of entering a new domain to challenge the likes of Apple and Samsung.
The company has been able to outperform several flagships with its budget-friendly entry-premium flagship smartphones.
Now, the company seems to be planning to enter the higher-end category and challenge premium smartphones with its Pro and 5G models. The leaks are still are yet to be verified, so nothing can be confirmed as of yet.
Though, the raining leaks hint at a launch sooner than expected. OnePlus 7 will launch in May, probably in the first half of the month.
