The National Capital Region Transport Corporation Limited (NCRTC) has proposed a new 60-kilometre-long Namo Bharat train route connecting Gurugram, Faridabad, and Greater Noida. This high-speed corridor, designed to run trains at speeds of up to 180 km/hr (with an operational minimum of 160 km/hr), aims to significantly boost regional connectivity. The plan, currently awaiting approval from the Haryana Mass Rapid Transport Corporation (HMRTC), includes six stationsalong the route. These are proposed at IFFCO Chowk (Sector-29) on the Delhi-Jaipur Highway, Sector-54 on Golf Course Road in Gurugram, Bata Chowk and near Sector 85-86 in Faridabad, between Noida Sectors 142-168, and Surajpur in Greater Noida. Once approved, a Detailed Project Report (DPR) will be prepared.

Namo Bharat Train Route: Gurugram to Greater Noida Connectivity Plan
The Namo Bharat train will start at IFFCO Chowk and travel along Dr. B.R. Ambedkar Marg, Brigadier Usman Chowk, and AIT Chowk on Golf Course Road. It will then move through Ghata Chowk and Gwal Pahari Chowk before entering the Gurugram-Faridabad Road, covering about 18.4 km to reach NIT Faridabad via Shaheed Bhagat Singh Marg. After crossing the Vishwakarma Setu and Palwal railway line, the route reaches Bata Chowk, then continues via the road between Sectors 85 and 86. It will cross the FNG Road and the Yamuna River to enter Noida, passing near Sector 142 metro station, along Gurjar Road and Hindon, before reaching Kuleshra, and then moving through Hebatpurand Dadri Main Roadto terminate at Surajpur, near Yamuna Junction in Greater Noida.
The project is expected to cost approximately ₹15,000 crore and is planned to offer a train every five to seven minutes, ensuring high-frequency service. The corridor will also integrate with the Ghaziabad–Jewar Airport Namo Bharat Corridor, further strengthening the regional rapid transit network.
