Myntra, one of the leading apparel shopping site in India has launched “product exchange feature”, which exactly takes care of this problem. Myntra is the first online shopping site in India to announce such a feature.
Going forward Myntra shoppers can ask for an exchange without the hassle of first returning the product. They will just need to contact the customer support and let them know that you need a different size. Myntra’s logistics team will deliver the new product and take back the product to be exchanged during the same visit, thus making the exchange process faster and smoother seamless for the consumer.
This feature will surely benefit shoppers who are not satisfied with the size and prefer faster product exchange. The product exchange facility is available across top 15 cities in India and the validity period for product exchange is 30 days from the date of purchase.
