Maruti Celerio Will Have 26 Kmpl Mileage
Maruti has declared the new, 2021-edition of Maruti Celerio, a facelift and a revamped version of their 2014 best seller compact hatchback will give a mileage of 26 kms per litre.
If this actually happens, then Maruti Celerio will become India’s most fuel efficient car, across all segments.
Maruti Celerio was first launched in 2014, and was Maruti’s 1st car with automatic transmission.
This entry-level compact hatchback will launch on November 10, 2021, and bookings have already started with Rs 11,000.
Interestingly, Maruti Swift and Maruti Baleno premium versions already claim to have 24 kmpl mileage as of now. This way, Maruti Celerio will become Maruti’s most fuel efficient car, and India’s too!
Maruti Celerio 2021: New Features
As per available reports, Maruti Celerio is expected to have 1.0-litre K10C Dual jet VVT petrol engine, and will be available in both manual and automatic transmission.
Besides push start option, this new car from Maruti will also have advanced features such as touchscreen infotainment screen, supported by both Apple CarPlay and Android Auto systems.
Existing Celerio price starts from Rs 4.66 lakh, and goes upt Rs 6 lakh for top variant.
Its expected that the price of new Celerio will start from Rs 4.5 lakh.
