The leaked Redmi Note 10 appeared with MediaTek Dimensity 820 SoC. It currently powers the recently unveiled Redmi 10X 5G series: Redmi 10X and Redmi 10X Pro. Redmi Note 10 will come with 5G support with the latest chip powering the next-generation cellular technology.
While Dimensity 820 could only power the Redmi Note 10 Chinese variant, in India Redmi Note 10 may come with a different processor given 5G availability will take time.
Redmi Note 10 will support both NSA and SA modes of 5G, making it the first Redmi Note series phone to come with 5G support.
Redmi Note 10 will run on Dimensity 820 SoC coupled with 8GB RAM and Android 10 OS. The leaked further revealed that the device will use a prototype hardware hinting at the device being in the early testing stage currently. The Redmi Note 10 details were discovered on a listing on benchmark site AI Benchmark.

The Redmi Note 10 specs are expected to remain mostly the same with multiple upgrades in terms of hardware. Redmi Note 10 will feature a quad camera setup instead and is expected to continue with the punch-hole design on Redmi Note 10.

Redmi Note 10, Redmi Note 10 Pro Launch: In September?
The upcoming Redmi Note 10 smartphone which will include three smartphones in the series: the leaked Redmi Note 10, Redmi Note 10 Pro and Redmi Note 10 Pro Max. The company will probably unveil the latter two early and then the mid-budget Redmi Note 10 on a later date.
The company unveiled Redmi Note 9 Pro and Redmi Note 9 Pro Max in March, so we can expect the Redmi Note 10 series to launch in India by October.
Redmi Note 9 came to India late, so Redmi Note 10 India launch will either happen by the end of 2020 or early next prices. Redmi Note 10 price will remain in the same category while Redmi Note 10 Pro and Redmi 10 Pro Max will target the mid-range segments.
