Redmi Note 9 Launched In India With 48MP Camera, 22.5W Fast Charging, Helio G85 At Rs 11,999

Redmi Note 9 has been launched in India starting at Rs 11,999. Redmi Note 9 in India will join the Redmi Note 9 series with Redmi Note 9 Pro and Redmi Note 9 Pro Max. In India, Redmi Note 9 price starts at Rs 11,999 for the base model with 4GB RAM, 64GB storage. 

Redmi Note 9 6GB variant is priced at Rs 14,999 offering 128GB of storage.

Redmi Note 9 will be available exclusively via Amazon India and Mi online store. Redmi Note 9 runs on mid-range MediaTek Helio G85 chipset, 48MP quad camera system, a large 5,020mAh battery, with 22.5W fast-charging support boasting a punch-hole designed display.

Redmi Note 9 features a 6.53-inch IPS LCD Full HD+ display with a punch-hole cutout upfront, but on the corner unlike the Redmi Note 9 series. Redmi Note 9 is powered by Helio G85 chipset, the first smartphone to run on the new MediaTek chip.

Redmi Note 9 in India is available with up to 6GB of RAM with either 64GB or 128GB storage options with support for expanded storage via an external MicroSD card.

At the back, Redmi Note 9 packs square shaped quad camera design.

The four camera setup on Redmi Note 9 sports a primary 48-megapixel sensor, an 8-megapixel ultra-wide camera, a 2-megapixel depth camera and a 2-megapixel macro camera. 

Redmi Note 9 runs on Android 10 with MIUI 11 on top. Redmi Note 9 houses a 5,020mAh battery as Note 9 Pro and Note 9 Pro Max with support for 22.W fast charging, upgraded from the 18W fast charging technology unveiled with the global model. The device will ship with the 22.5W fast charger.

Redmi Note 9 will be available in three colour combinations in India: Pebble Grey, Arctic White, and Aqua Green.

Redmi Note 9 sale starts on July 24 and will be available across offline and online channels. Redmi Note 9 offline offline availability is expected to start early next month.
