OnePlus 7T leaks are out. The company is said to be including the new Snapdragon 855 Plus chip this time along with a 64MP camera sensor. Speaking of 64MP camera phones, Realme and Redmi is the talk of the town now, thanks to their upcoming 64MP camera technologies. Both companies are fighting it out to become the first in the world to come with a 64MP camera smartphone.
Redmi K20 series continue to trend in India, especially Redmi K20 Pro. The company is also planning to launch Mi A3 in the country soon. Note 8 also has been officially confirmed.

Vivo S1
After being launched in Indonesia early this month, the smartphone is being launched today in India. Vivo S1 comes with a full-HD+ Super AMOLED display featuring a triple rear camera setup. Vivo S1 will run on an octa-core MediaTek Helio P65 SoC, 128GB of onboard storage and a 4,500mAh battery. Vivo previously confirmed that S1 will launch in India on August 7, and the company is bringing the new S-series smartphone to the country this month.
Vivo S1 India prices has been leaked, and it has been tipped to start at Rs 17,990. There are going to be three models. The mid-end model will cost Rs 19,990, while the top model with 8GB RAM and 128GB storage will start at Rs 24,990.
Redmi 64MP Camera Phone
Xiaomi too will be using the 64-megapixel ISOCELL Bright GW1 before Samsung. The company recently came out with a teaser stating to unveil its 64MP camera smartphone on August 7, which would make them the first company in the world to launch a smartphone using a 64MP sensor.
Many reports hint it at to be the next Redmi Note 8 Pro smartphone, which would come with the Samsung 64-megapixel ISOCELL Bright GW1 sensor.
Redmi Note 8
While responding to a query, Xiaomi has officially confirmed that the company will soon be launching a new smartphone under the Note series. While the company is just a few months into the Redmi Note 7 series, the company plans to cash in the success soon. The translated reply says that Redmi Note 8 is going to be much more stronger. Plus, it’s an open invitation to the competitors and the launch is just around the corner. No other details were shared, but the launch seems to be imminent. The company is now launching two Redmi smartphones in a year.
Redmi Note 7 arrived in early-January, and the next generation Redmi Note smartphone should be dropping soon. Among all details, it is being speculated that the upcoming smartphone is going to be come with a 64MP camera sensor.
OnePlus 7T
The next OnePlus smartphone leaks have already started to pour in, and the company may launch its first 64MP camera sensor with OnePlus 7T. The live images are already out, and the smartphone could be powered by the new Snapdragon 855 Plus chip. The leaked pictures show a similar build with an edge-to-edge notchless display and an in-display fingerprint sensor beneath it. With Realme having the 64MP sensor, it means the parent brand already has a deal, and they would be easily getting access to the Samsung 64MP camera sensor.
It’s just a leak, and you should take it with a pinch of salt. Though, OnePlus will definitely be adapting the latest 64MP camera technology, we don’t know when. It could be OnePlus 7T, OnePlus 7T Pro or a smartphone next year.
Realme 64MP Camera Smartphone
Realme has been a frontrunner in the 64MP camera industry. Realme will probably be the first company to bring in a commercial 64MP camera smartphone, but Redmi could also be the first. Xiaomi is also planning to launch a 64MP smartphone on August 7, while Realme will unveil its technology on August 8 at Delhi. While the name is not known yet, many renders hint at to the much-awaited Realme flagship, Realme X Pro.
The Realme 64MP camera samples have already been shared with the “64MP AI Quad Camera” watermark confirming the four camera setup. The smartphone would use AI to add in the best of details, filters and adjust according to different lighting conditions.
Realme X
Realme X has finally been launched in the country India launch this week. The first Realme notch-less smartphone runs on the Snapdragon 710 chip featuring a full-screen AMOLED display with an in-display fingerprint sensor embedded beneath the display. The company has used a pop-up selfie sensor to offer higher screen space without a notch. Realme X is available via Flipkart. At the upcoming Flipkart National Shopping Days sale, you get avail an additional 10 percent instant discount with ICICI Bank cards and a 200 extra flat off.
At the back, Realme X comes with dual cameras featuring the 48MP Sony IMX 586 sensor as the primary shooter. Realme X in India is available starting at Rs 16,999 for the base model with 4GB RAM and 128GB storage. The company also has the special variants available: Onion and Garlic, along with a Spiderman variant.
Redmi K20 Pro
Xiaomi launched its first flagship series under Redmi series in the country, K20 series. The Pro model, Redmi K20 Pro continues to trend in the country since it’s first launch, and then again after topping the AnTuTu list to become the world’s fastest smartphone. Launched at Rs 27,999, the K20 Pro beats all the top flagships available in the market in terms of price. The company has been accused of overpricing the K20 smartphones in India, but still the K20 Pro model remain the most affordable among all.
Redmi K20 Pro runs on the latest Qualcomm flagship processor Snapdragon 855 with upto 8GB of RAM (in India). The device will come with a three rear camera system, notch-less display, in-display fingerprint sensor, a pop-up selfie camera with support for the latest Android Q beta version, 4,000mAh battery supporting 27W fast charging.
Mi A3
On top of all the news, Mi A3 is trending in the country, speculated to launch in the country soon. Xiaomi has already unveiled the much-anticipated Mi A3 in Spain, and it should shortly arrive in India, probably by the end of next month. The current Mi A3 stands to be the rebranded Mi CC9e. It features a 6.08-inch HD+ AMOLED display with a circular drop styled notch and 19.5:9 aspect ratio. The handset comes with an in-display fingerprint sensor, powered by the Snapdragon 665 SoC coupled with up to 4GB of RAM.
Mi A3 has a triple rear camera setup featuring a 48-megapixel primary sensor, 8-megapixel secondary sensor with a 118-degree wide-angle 2-megapixel tertiary sensor. Upfront, Mi A3 features a 32-megapixel selfie camera.
