Redmi Note 7 Pro has been launched recently in India, and it has attracted a lot of positive reviews. The phone was launched globally in India, even before its launch in China, Xiaomi’s home pitch, which is probably due to the tremendous market in India.

The new Redmi Note 7 Pro is Xiaomi’s flagship smartphone and at a pocket-friendly cost too. Let’s see how the first impression of the phone pans out!

Unboxing the Redmi Note 7

The phone has high-end features and is truly smart. The phone has a 4,000mAh battery with Qualcomm Quick Charge 4.0 18W fast charging technology, which comes with a 10W adaptor. Additionally, the phone has a USB Type-C port.

Another feature to be noted is that the phone has Gorilla Glass 5 front and back, which makes it all the more durable than the other phones in this price range. Xiaomi had released some very peculiar videos previously, highlighting the durability of the phones.

At the bottom of the phone is the speaker grill, microphone, and USB Type-C Port, on the right there are the volume keys and power button. On the top panel is the 3.5 mm jack and noise canceling mic, but there is no dedicated SD card slot.

The display of this phone is quite stylish and gives it a shiny, radiant look. The screen of the phone is a 6.3-inch Full HD+ with a Dot Notch display and 1,080 x 2,340 pixels resolution. It is an LTPS in-cell display and the bezels are as small as 1.95mm only, which is an added bonus!

Now, for the masterstroke by Xiaomi, Redmi Note 7 Pro has a 48-megapixel Sony IMX 586 sensor, which is not available in any phone in this price range. The rear dual camera set comprises of a 48-megapixel Sony primary sensor and a 5-megapixel depth secondary sensor, whereas, the front camera of the phone is a single 12-megapixel camera.

Redmi Note 7 Pro is easily the best phone in its price range, Rs. 13,999.

Xiaomi’s flagship phone functions on octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 675 SoC, which is one of the best processors of today. The phone also has Bluetooth v5.0, GPS, Wi-Fi, 3.5-mm audio socket and an FM Radio.

The phone comes with the following variants:

4GB RAM and 64 GB internal memory.
6GB RAM, and 128 GB internal memory.
