Idea New 1.5GB Plans: Three Things You Should Know

The newly launched Idea plans come with certain limitations. Before you go ahead and recharge any of the plans, here a few things you should note:

1. The calling benefits are restricted to 250 outgoing minutes per day and 1000 minutes in any period of seven consecutive days.
2. Post the limit, calls will be charged at one paisa per second.
3. After the completion of FUP limit of 1.5GB data per day, you will be charged at 4 paise per 10 KB.

New Idea 1.5GB Per Day Data Plans: Verdict

Ides has upgraded its plans to offer a host of new benefits, but still they are not good enough to beat Jio. To start with, the plans are not truly unlimited in nature when it comes to either calls or data. The company will charge you for both calls and data once you cross the threshold limit.

Also, if you compare both Idea and Jio head to head against their respective plans, Jio is way ahead.
