Amazon, Snapdeal & Paytm Gear up for Another Sale from October 12; Here’s What You Should Expect!
India’s largest ecommerce shopping festivals just got over with the first iteration – from October 1 to October 6. These companies are not stopping with these online sales, and they make way for the second one in October.
This time these ecommerce giants are targeting a festive sale closer to Diwali, to further improve the sales of the products sold. Amazon India will be back with its Great Indian Festive Sale from October 17, while Paytm will launch its Maha Bazaar sale from October 12, and Snapdeal will be back with Unbox Diwali sale from October 12.
Saurabh Bansal, VP and Head Category management at Snapdeal, said “We are thrilled to bring another exciting sale for our customers in the run up to Diwali. We had a phenomenal response to our sale last week with more than 11 million units being sold out and we have some great offers lined up for this week as well.”
For Paytm, this will be the first sale starting from October 12 and ending on October 14. The Maha Bazaar sale will have huge cashbacks and discounts on electronics, specifically smartphones and televisions. For Amazon and Snapdeal, this will be round two and both the companies already know what the buyers are looking for.
Special offers this festive season
Snapdeal, Amazon and Paytm – all three are giving discounts on Apple iPhone 7 and 7 Plus, along with cashbacks of upto Rs. 10,000.
Paytm’s Maha Bazaar will also have attractive discounts and cashback on devices like Apple iPhone 6S, Micromax 32-inch LED TV, Nikon D3500 DSLR and JBL Flip3 bluetooth speakers.
Amazon’s Great Indian Festive sale will last 4 days, from October 17 to October 20. Amazon has partnered with Citibank to offer cashback of 10% on the website and 15% on its app. However, Amazon India’s sale isn’t what it used to be two years back, so you might be disappointed with the discounts.
However, if you’re looking to purchase a decent mid-range Android smartphone, you might want to take a look and decide. Amazon India will be offering more than Rs. 2,000 flat off on some of the phones by Coolpad, OnePlus, Motorola and Xiaomi.
Finally, Snapdeal’s sale will start from October 12 and will go on till October 14. With Snapdeal’s new brand identity, the company hopes to take on Amazon and Flipkart and has already proven its mettle in the recent sale. Snapdeal will again be offering discounts on Apple iPhones and electronic accessories.
If you were unsuccessful in grabbing the device of your choice in the last sale, this might be the best chance for you to do so. Do look out for seller ratings as well, to get the best out of the deals.
Sorry to say but amazon and Snapdeal service and communication is really bad. I ordered a size large but they send small. After talking to them on phone and messages trying to explain why the package went back.
They blocked me from their application.
