- MyGov Chatbot: On WhatsApp, search for the MyGov Helpdesk chatbot and initiate a conversation by sending “Namaste,” “Hi,” or “Digilocker” to the number +91 9013151515.
- Authentication: The chatbot will respond with a welcome message and prompt you to enter your Digilocker account details. This includes your Aadhaar number, followed by a one-time password (OTP) sent to your registered mobile device.
