BSNL Triggers Price War: Launches Rs 797 Plan With 365 Days Validity, 2GB Data Per Day, Unlimited Calls!

BSNL has launched a Rs 797 plan that is valid for 365 days. 

Benefits

Benefits include 2GB daily data and unlimited daily calls.

The speed reduces to 80 kbps once the daily data limit is exhausted.

Other benefits include unlimited local, STD and roaming calls and 100 SMS/day 

However, there is a catch- the benefits will expire after 60 days despite the 365 days validity.

How It Will Work

Users will enjoy the benefits for the first 60 days after which all the benefits will expire but the number will remain active.

After the 60th day, users will have to buy talktime or data plans to make calls or browse the internet.

The plan is ideal for someone who simply wants to keep the BSNL number active without having to spend too much on plans such as when using BSNL as a secondary mobile number.

30 Extra Days Free

The plan can be purchased from the BSNL online portal, BSNL Selfcare app (users can get a 4% discount), and third-party sources like Google Pay, Paytm.

As an inaugural offer, BSNL is also offering an extra 30 days of validity

So, users who take up the new plan in the introductory period will get 395 days of validity.

The offer lasts till June 12.
