The car manufacturer Toyota has recently reported that it has sold one lakh units of the car models Urban Cruiser and Glanze. It is clear that Toyota is a very successful car company. The company is going to release a lot of new cars to expand its portfolio in the Indian market. Here is a list of five cars the company is going to release over the period of the next two years. 

Toyota C MPV

Toyota has started developing the new C-segment MPV car model. The model has been given the codename 560B. This car model will be released in the market after the D22 mid-size SUV. The car model will be released sometime in 2023. Toyota C-MPV is going to rival Kia Carens and Hyundai Alcazar. The car is going to have a petrol engine with a great hybrid system. 

Toyota Land Cruiser 300

Toyota had launched a new generation of the Land Cruiser 300 last year and it became a huge success. Many people are expecting the company to bring back a new version of their flagship SUV sometime next year. The Land Cruiser is so in-demand that it already has a 4-year wait period. The company will need to deal with this issue before setting out to make the new version. 

Toyota SUV Coupe

The car manufacturer Maruti Suzuki is working on a new coupe SUV that is going to be below the Vitara Brezza. It has been given the codename YTB and is going to have a lot of the features of the Baleno premium hatchback. So, it is expected that Toyota is also going to launch their own version of the compact SUV. Toyota’s SUV Coupe may be launched in the year 2023.

Toyota RAV4

Many development mules of the RAV4 SUV have been spotted on the country’s roads. Last year many people were speculating that the company was considering releasing the RAV4 in the market through the CBU route. The car model will have a  2.5-litre, four-cylinder petrol engine with a hybrid system. The price of this SUV is going to be around Rs. 60 lakh ex-showroom. 

Toyota Urban Cruiser Facelift

Maruti Suzuki is working on a face-lift  version of the Vitara Brezza and Toyota sells a relaunched version of the same compact SUV as Urban Cruiser. Therefore, if Maruti updates the car model Brezza then Toyota might also have to update their Urban Cruiser. The changes that Maruti makes to Brezza will be seen in the Urban Cruiser also.
