Etihad Airways will no longer operate flights from India to Dubai and other destinations in the UAE until further notice.
This development comes after the UAE government banned flights from India owing to the pandemic.
An Etihad spokesperson said that it is following the latest UAE government directives and accordingly has suspended passenger travel from India to the UAE.

Exemptions
UAE nationals, diplomatic missions, official delegations and Golden residence holders are exempted from the entry restriction.
These people will be subject to acceptance and quarantine conditions.
Travel TO India And Cargo Flights Uninterrupted
Etihad added that there will be no change in operations of passenger flights to India and cargo flights.
The latter will continue to operate in both directions without any impact.
Advice To Those With Tickets
The airliner is in the process of notifying the impacted guests of the changes to their itineraries.
It has also advised those who have already purchased tickets to contact their travel agent who booked it.
