Jio’s Next Disruption: Free Netflix, Amazon, Hotstar At Rs 399/Month, 75GB With Data Rollover!

As per new reports coming in, Reliance is planning to unleash a big revolution in the postpaid mobile users segment.

Reliance Jio Launches 5 Tarriff Plans Under JioPostpaid Plus

Reliance Jio will be offering a new range of bundled postpaid mobile plans which will include well priced international calling and roaming benefits, entertainment services such as Netflix and Amazon Prime Video, family bundled plans. Additionally, Jio will also be offering in-flight connectivity for the first time ever in Indian airspace.

At the launch of the JioPostpaid Plus, Akash Ambani, director at Reliance Jio, said, “JioPostpaid Plus has been intricately designed keeping in mind the needs of every postpaid customer. It accounts the need for dependable and high-quality connectivity, limitless premium entertainment, seamless and affordable international roaming, cutting-edge innovative features and most importantly the customer experience.”

About 5 tariff plans have been announced by Jio. The least affordable plan is priced at Rs. 399 and comes with unlimited voice calls and SMSes, 75 GB data every billing cycle. Along with this, there will also be a rollover of unused date of up to 200 GB, complimentary subscription to Netflix, Amazon Prime, and Disney+ Hotstar. Jio also offers access to JioSaavn, JioCinema, and JioTV.

The next plan by Jio is priced at Rs. 599 and will also offer the same entertainment, calling, and SMS benefits. This plan offers a 100 GB data per cycle and you can also get an additional SIM card under the JioPostpaid Plus family plan.

JioPostpaid Plus Users To Be First Indians to Get In-flight Wi-Fi On International Routes

The other three plans come at Rs 799, Rs 999, and Rs 1,499 respectively. The first one offers 150 GB data per cycle and two SIM cards under Family Plan along with all the benefits offered under the Rs. 599 plan.

Whereas, the other two plans, Rs. 999 and Rs. 1499 will offer Rs. 500GB data rollover and will also offer 200 GB and 300 GB data per month respectively.

Customers of the JioPostpaid Plus will also be offered  Wi-Fi calling not only across India, but also while travelling abroad. There will be no additional international roaming charges applicable to Indians with JioPostpaid Plus connection visiting USA and UAE. Additionally, with Wifi Calling, the rate of international calls will be as low as Re. 1.

The customers of the JioPostpaid Plus will be the first Indians to get in-flight Wi-Fi on international routes.
