Both Airtel and Reliance Jio has launched a unique offer, wherein any user who recharges the phone number of their friends or family or any one, can earn commissions, and credits.
Hence, in a way, both Airtel and Jio is aiming to convert millions of users as affiliate partners and enabling them to earn more money.
Its a win-win situation, especially during an epidemic situation, wherein the users may not themselves be able to recharge their numbers.
Airtel: Earn 4% Commission by Recharging Other’s Phone Number
Within AIrtel Thanks app, Airtel has incorporated a feature wherein any user can recharge others’ Airtel number, and earn upto 4% direct commission.
Hence, if user A recharges user B’s Airtel number with Rs 100, then only Rs 96 will be deducted from user A while making the payment.
This means a direct earning of 4% on every recharge.
This functionality is called SuperHero within the Airtel Thanks app.
The payments can be made via various online payment options such as UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, Paytm, Amazon Pay. Airtel Payments Bank is always there as default payment option.
Jio Launches Jio POS Lite App
In the same endeavor, Reliance Jio has launched a similar offer, wherein a dedicated app has been launched, called Jio POS Lite App.
As per the information shared by Jio in the Google Playstore page, anyone can register on this app within 10 minutes, and then start recharging others’ Jio numbers.
No documentation is required.
However, the user first needs to add money into the in-built wallet, and then they will be able to recharge other Jio numbers.
The commissions earned by recharging other phone numbers will be directly credited to the wallet of JioPOS Lite app.
The commission amount will be varying, based on the recharge amount.
Reportedly, this app from Jio has been downloaded 10,000 times.
