Realme Q Specs & Pricing Out: Will It Launch In India?
Realme Q has been trending in the country for the last few days, and many are confused about whether this new Realme smartphone will launch in India or not. All the specs and features are out including the price. The smartphone will come with Snapdragon 712, 48MP powered quad camera, 4,035mAh Battery, 20W VOOC fast charging.

Yes, the leaked Realme Q is just a re-branded model of the just-launched Realme 5 Pro. The company will launch Realme 5 series in the China market as Realme Q series. It’s just a re-branded model, and the Indian Realme 5 Pro is going to China as Realme Q.
The next Realme smartphone launching in India is Realme XT, the first 64MP camera smartphone for India.
Realme Q Specs & Features: Realme Q Complete Specs
Realme Q will come with the new design this time called ‘Crystal design’ with 3D curved glossy plastic rear panels. It will have the same diamond-cut design in a new triangular pattern featuring a splash-resistant design. Realme Q will be available in two colour options: Crystal Green and Crystal Blue.
Realme Q sports a screen to body ratio around 91 percent. It features a 6.3-inch Full HD+ Mini-drop display with 450 nits brightness and Gorilla Glass 3 protection.
Realme Q will be powered by a 2.3GHz Snapdragon 712 chipset based on a 10nm process. Realme Q will come with up to 8GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage offering a dedicated triple card slot that can support two nano SIM cards and a microSD card (up to 256GB of additional storage).
Realme Q will feature a quad camera setup sporting a 48-megapixel Sony IMX586 sensor, an 8-megapixel 119-degree ultra wide-angle camera, 2-megapixel macro lens and 2-megapixel depth sensor. Up front, Realme Q will come with the 16-megapixel selfie camera with HDR and AI beautification as Realme X.
The four camera setup has multiple sensors for multiple purposes. Both the rear and front camera on both the Realme Q have EIS support. Realme Q will run on the Android 9 Pie-based ColorOS 6.
Lastly, Realme Q will house a big 4,035mAh battery with support for VOOC 3.0 fast charging with a Type C 20W fast charger included in the box.
Realme Q Price: Same As Realme 5 Pro?
Realme Q will be priced in line with Realme 5 Pro. In India Realme 5 Pro starts at Rs 13,999 for the base model with 4GB RAM and 64GB storage. There are two other models with 6GB RAM and 64GB, and a top model with 8GB RAM and 128GB storage priced at Rs 14,999 and Rs 16,999 respectively.
In China, Realme Q will be available in a similar price, or maybe a little less.
Xiaomi has already unveiled Redmi Note 8 Pro in China, and it features a quad camera system as well. Realme will have to challenge Note 8 Pro with the pricing of Realme Q to get a heads up in the Chinese market. Realme 5 Pro in India is now available via Flipkart and Realme.com.
