Alongside the much-awaited Realme X smartphone, the company added another feather to its existing set of budget smartphones series in the country, a new entry-level Realme 3i smartphone. Starting at Rs 7,999, the new Realme 3i would sit perfectly between Realme C2 and Realme 3, the current bestsellers.
It’s a budget device, and packs in a similar set of specs as the original Realme 3.
Realme 3i will compete with Redmi 7 and Asus Max Pro M1 in the same range. Backed by all the necessary mid-budget features, the smartphone packs in a water drop notch display, dual rear camera system, a bigger battery, a solid mid-range chip and the latest Android 9 Pie.

Realme 3i Launched In India: Specs & Features
With a plastic body on the out, Realme 3i sports a 6.22-inch HD+ display in an 19.5:9 aspect ratio. It’s a large edge-to-edge display with minimal bezels and a thin chin. The body is made up of high-quality polycarbonate and features a diamond-cut finish with some additional color schemes.
Realme 3i offers a screen to body ratio of around 88 percent. The fingerprint sensor sits perfectly on the rear side at the upper middle part pf the smartphone.
Under the hood, the Realme 3i budget smartphone is powered by MediaTek Helio P60 SoC, the same chip the company used for its first ever smartphone last year, the Realme 1. The Helio P60 processor will couple with upto 4GB RAM and 64GB storage supporting additional storage via an external memory card.
Coming to optics, Realme 3i packs in a rear dual-camera system. The dual setup comprises of a 13-megapixel primary sensor and a 2-megapixel depth sensor. Upfront, Realme 3i packs in a 13-megapixel shooter.
In terms of UI, the smartphone will run on the current generation ColorOS 6.0 based on Android 9 Pie.
Realme 3i supports dual SIM 4G VoLTE connectivity. The device has a dedicated two SIM slot along with a cut for the MicroSD card. Realme 3i will be available in three colour options: Diamond Blue, Diamond Black and Diamond Red.
The whole system is backed by the same massive 4,230mAh battery. Realme 3i can easily run for more than a day even with frequent usage.
Realme 3i Price In India: Realme 3i India Price
Realme 3i in India will be available starting at Rs 7,999 for the base model with 3GB RAM and 32GB storage. The smartphone will be available in two models. The top-end Realme 3i variant is going to be available starting at Rs 9,999. The top model will come with 4GB RAM and 64GB internal storage.
Realme 3i will be available exclusively via Flipkart and the Realme India official online store.
The first Realme 3i sale on Flipkart and Realme online stores will happen on July 23 at 12pm. The company is yet to confirm anything about the offline availability. Coming to the Realme 3i launch offer, the smartphone will be available with a special bank discount on its inaugural sale on July 23.
