Xiaomi, a brand that has always focused on making smartphones worth the money counted, is now targeting the youth population of the smartphone market.
The popular smartphone brand has recently announced a new series of smartphones, the CC series, and a promo video is out too!
Along with the promotional video, there is an official render of the CC9e smartphone that has revealed some interesting features of the phone.

Xiaomi Announces Mi CC9e
Xiaomi has officially announced the Mi CC series, the abbreviation of which has multiple versions: Chic and Cool, Creative and Colourful, Camera and Click, Curious & Creative, Challenge and Carry On, Camera Clicks, etc.
Apparently, this CC series is being launched by Xiaomi in partnership with Meitu AI Aesthetics Lab. The company released a promotional video on its platform Weibo, which features Gavin Thomas, the 8-year-old internet sensation.
There will be two smartphones that will be launched in the CC series: Mi CC9 and Mi CC9e.
Of which, the Mi CC9e phone has also been revealed through an official render, which shows some similarities to the Mi 9 smartphone, but with a modified camera notch that resembles the Mi 9 SE device.
The company also declared that there will not be any Max or Note smartphones this year.

Xiaomi Mi CC9: Specs and Features
The Xiaomi Mi CC9 is said to come with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 730 chipset, a 4000 mAh battery and NFC for mobile payments.
It will also feature an in-display fingerprint scanner. The camera of the phone is said to be a triple camera set of 48 MP and a selfie camera of 32 MP.
The Xiaomi Mi CC9 will come in three following variants with estimated prices:
- 6 GB RAM + 128 GB ROM – Yuan 2499
- 8 GB RAM + 128 GB ROM – Yuan 2799
- 8 GB RAM + 128 GB ROM – Yuan 3099
Xiaomi Mi CC9e: Specs and Features
Xiaomi’s Mi CC9e is rumoured to come with a 6.39-inch screen, and a 4000 mAh battery. The camera is similar to the Mi CC9, a 32 MP front camera, and a 48 MP rear camera.
A fingerprint on the sensor and a waterdrop notch design is also speculated to come on the phone.
On the processor front, the smartphone will be functioning on a 700 series chipset, but it is unclear which one will be used specifically.
The Mi CC9e will have 6 GB RAM and 64 GB ROM, with an estimated price of Yuan 1599.
