Realme C1 Refreshed: Two New Variants Launched Starting At Rs 7499, Available On Flipkart
The two variants are set to be launched in 2019!
Realme’s popular smartphone, Realme C1 will be getting two new variants for the Indian market.
When it was launched in September last year, Realme C1 came with a 2GB of RAM and 16GB of internal storage. Now, the Realme C1 that will be launched in 2019, will be offered in two more variants – 2GB + 32GB and 3GB + 32GB.
Realme’s C1, Realme’s first entry-level smartphone, has been a hit and has gone on to become one of the best budget smartphones.
We had reported about a teaser from Realme, but now, it is confirmed that it was Realme C1, new variants.
Realme C1: Available on Flipkart and Realme.com
The first sale of Realme C1 will be exclusively on the Flipkart platform and on Realme.com, which will commence on February 5 starting 12 pm. The phone will be made available offline very soon, as per Realme. The Realme C1 was launched at a price of Rs 6,999 initially which was later hiked to Rs 7,999. It has been available in India for Rs. 7,499 as well.
The status of the initial variant of Realme C1 is unknown as there has been no news of taking it down or a price cut as well. The new variant, 2GB + 32GB will be available for Rs. 7,499 whereas, the 3GB + 32GB model will cost Rs 8,499 in India.
As per reports, both these variants will be available in two colours – Black and Blue.
Why Realme C1?
Realme is a sub-brand of Oppo, and being the new kid on the block, it has made its mark in the Indian market. Realme C1 is truly a pocket-friendly smartphone – affordable for anyone easily.

Realme C1 comes with a massive battery of 4,230 mAh battery which can function well for almost two days on a single charge.
The processor of Realme C1 is Snapdragon 450 chipset, complete with Android 8.1 Oreo and Oppo’s Color OS 5.1.
The camera of the phone is a set of 13-megapixel primary sensor and a 2-megapixel secondary sensor. There is an LED flash on the rear camera as well. For selfies, there is a 5-megapixel camera at the front.
Overall, Realme C1 is a good phone to purchase within a budget, and with the new variants launched, Realme’s popularity will definitely be boosted and it will soon see much better days.
