Samsung Galaxy M Series smartphones have been officially announced by Samsung, and as per earlier reports, the prices may start as low as Rs 9500.

Samsung M-Series: The Official Announcement
In a press release, Samsung India has announced the roll out of their India-first smartphone: Samsung M-Series.
This new smartphone is targeted for the ‘millennials’, and the young users.
Samsung said, “India will be the first country to launch the new Galaxy M series smartphones later this month. Inspired by millennials and designed in India, Galaxy M will empower the millennials like never before.”

As per the press release received by us, Samsung is expected to launch the first smartphone under M-series as on January 28th.
Make In India Smartphone From Samsung
Samsung M-series has been declared as India-first smartphone. This means that Samsung will launch their new M-series smartphone first in India, all over the world.
The design of this new series of smartphones from Samsung has been done in India, and is right now under production at their Noida plant, which is their largest smartphone facility in the whole world.
Price Of Samsung M-Series
As per earlier reports, Samsung-M series can be priced as low as Rs 9500 for the base variant. This is indeed interesting, as Samsung is all set to target the young users in India, who are fans of Xiaomi, Realme and other Chinese brands.
It seems that Samsung now wants to aggressively target the sub-Rs 10,000 category.
Features Of Samsung M-Series
As per initial reports, which have not been confirmed, there will three smartphones under the new M-series: Samsung Galaxy M10; Samsung Galaxy M20 and Samsung Galaxy M30.
While Samsung M10 is expected to be priced Rs 9500, Samsung M20 can be around Rs 15,000 mark, having Infinity-V display, which will be available for the first time in India.
Samsung M30 can be in the range of Rs 20,000, taking on Poco F1 from Xiaomi. This can feature a triple camera set-up.
While M20 is expected to have 5,000mAh battery, which will Samsung’s first ever tryst in India. Hence, Samsung Galaxy M20 can become the first Samsung smartphone with 5,000mAh battery. Samsung M10 is expected to have 3500 mAh battery.
In their press release, Samsung has refused to share details about the specs and features, and have said, “Samsung’s new range of Galaxy M smartphones come with powerful display, powerful camera, powerful battery and a powerful processor helping the smartphones deliver power-packed performance for young millennials.”
