As per the index, Reliance Chairman Mukesh Ambani is now worth $44.3 billion, as share prices of Reliance Industries Ltd. increased to Rs 1,099.8 rupees, which is an increase of 1.6%.

Compared to last year, Mukesh Ambani has increased his wealth by $4 billion.

Mukesh Ambani Owns World’s Largest Oil Refinery

In 1999, Reliance Industries opened the Jamnagar Refinery, whose capacity was 668,000 barrels per day. In 2008, the capacity was increased to 1,240,000 barrels per day, thereby making it World’s largest oil refinery.

This was a triumph for Mukesh Ambani, as he undertook the construction and expansion of this refinery as a challenge, and made sure that it executed on time.

The total cost of this OIl Refinery in Jamnagar is $6 billion.
